After checkout out is complete, follow these next steps
If you chose 'bring to store', print off the confirmation email and hand it to the staff in any of our stores nationwide with your device.
If you choose 'DPD Return Shipping Mail-in', print off the confirmation email and include it with your phone. If you don't have a printer, leave a note in side the box with your order ID, name and phone number used during checkout.
For the "DPD Return Shipping Mail-in" option, Pack it well. FunTech and DPD are not responsible for damage or loss caused during shipping caused by in-effective packing. FunTech are not responsible for your device until it arrives at our repair centre. DPD will collect your box the next working day as long as you make payment online before 4pm. Make sure someone is home when DPD come to collect your box the next working day for the full day between 9am and 7pm. Make sure the box is ready to go before 9am the next working day.
