If you have purchased a phone from any of retail outlets or our website and have issues with your device, you can drop your device into any of our branches for an inspection or if you prefer, you can use this online booking and collection service.
How long is my warranty?
The warranty period is 365 days from date of purchase.
Terms & Conditions
Any sign of physical damage or liquid damaged, internally or externally will void your warranty.
How do I send my device to you?
1. Read this description
2. Fill in the form on this page.
3. Pack your device in to a box, seal the box with tape. Make sure your device is wrapped well inside the box. Damage caused by bad packaging is your own responsibility and will void your warranty.
4. Pay the fee and send your device. This inspection service fee is depends on your location.
5. DPD will collect your packed device, the next working day.
If after inspection, our technicians determine the device to be at fault, we will repair your device, send it back to you and refund your fee.
If after inspection, our technicians determine that the issues are caused by an external factor, we will offer you a quotation for repairing your device, which can then be paid online. We will then repair your and send it back to you via DPD.

How to find my IMEI?
Dial *#06# on your device. Also can found on your receipt or on the sticker on the back of your phone 15 Digits long.
If your device is a phone and you don't add your IMEI on the form, your request will be refused.
How to find my Serial number?
Can found on your receipt or on the sticker on the back of your device 10 to 15 Digits long.
If your device is a tablet or iPad and you don't add your Serial Number on the form, your request will be refused.
